Located in the very center of Stockholm, by Östermalm Torg, take here your bunch of buddies for a dark beer, on a week day, and enjoy the good live music.

Planning a pre-party with your crew? Call them to book a buffé, made of fish & chips, tacos, fajitas and spring rolls : highly convivial!

This bar is not what I would call a nice spot to go out… Most of the time, the bar is empty, the only three-four guys there are used costumers leaning against the bar whit a glass of cheap wine, and the smoking aquarium is the creepiest ever…
Though, it’s the perfect place to relax with your friends after a tough swedish lesson ;)
The point? Cheap beers : 28sek for 40cl. Good deal!
Definitely, don’t take your date here, except if you her/him to get rid of you…

Bara VI

A trendy bar in my favorite area of Söder : Skånegatan
Go down the stairs to land in its cozy and quiet ambiance, sit on the big chairs or benches, and enjoy one of the little concerts that take place sometimes.
A nice place for aperitifs!

Carmen

Södermalm, Tjärhovsgatan 14

This place is like a spanish apartment : you’ll find what you’ll bring there. So take your friends, and the friends of your friends, even the friend’s friends of your friends, in this giant melting pot of foreigner students, and typical young Söder-swedes!

Carmen looks a bit rough from outside, though, it’s a real tavern, as you can expect it to be, with a cave, big tables, and beers, excessively. Here, everything pushes you to meet people!

Sarts to be very interesting after 3-4 of their very cheap beers :)

Lean against the bar to practice your swedish with the barmen, or on the high chairs facing the street. From my point of vue, it’s the perfect place to have girls nights!

Whatever the name could let you expect, you won’t drink your cocktail sitted on toilets (of course you still consider that possibility, but that’s your business ;)

So, no toilets everywhere inside, but a very cozy ambiance, warm lights, good music, good cocktails and good white wine.
